The following lesson plans share an important goal with the Goodbyn Lunchbox: have fun while reducing waste! By tackling issues such as defining “waste” and helping students understand their potential impact, we hope to help educate and inspire schools to reduce the reported 67 pounds of waste generated by each student per school year. The plans are designed to work in succession, but can also be used individually. So have some fun, and please let us know what kinds of creative solutions you come up with so we can share them with the larger Goodbyn community.
