We know that buying groceries for the family is time-consuming! So we’ve put together a 3-week lunch plan in the hopes that shopping and packing the kids’ lunches becomes a less difficult (and hopefully less expensive) duty for all the parents and caretakers out there!
The following grocery list consists of very basic, inexpensive, and time-saving foods. The only time-intensive preparations are optional: cooking chicken or other meat for sandwiches, and slicing of fruit and vegetables (all of which can take place the night before, or over the weekend). The following meals are so easy your child should be able to pack them for him or herself with minimal help!
